Late Shri ManMaharaj Niranjan Jagadguru Dr. Gangadhar Rajyogindra Maha Swamiji had a great vision about women empowerment and to educate women in technical field to make them skilled, confident and self employed.
Industrial Training Institute (ITI) for women was inaugurated on 1st  August 1983.
Initially only two trades of two years course of Engineering trade were introduced.
1. Radio and T.V     2.  Draughtsman Civil.
All Teaching Staff, non- teaching staff and trainees were women. The trainees who completed their education  in our esteemed institute are presently working at All India Radio Dharwad, ISRO Bangalore, APL Bangalore, P.W.D, Govt sectors severing as J.T.O in a particular trade etc.
This success led to introduction of two more trades:
1.Fitter and 2. Sewing Technology.
Co-education started in year 1998. Now we have four Trades:
1. Draughtsman Civil, 2. Fitter, 3. Electronic Mechanics, 4. Sewing Technology                                          
 New Building 'Gyana Mandir' was inaugurated in year 1998.
The Institute got affiliated to DGET, New Delhi in the year 1986. It has got 36 years of History.
With the blessings and grace of his holiness, Swamiji, ITI is successfully functioning with a VISION and MISSION to educate youth in field of Technical education and propel them in the right direction with the knowledge, skills and self-confidence necessary to fully participate in the development  process of the country.To achieve this mission we have all the facilities, latest tools and equipments as per DGET norms along with experienced staff in particular Trade.
